What rate do you have with your estate agent?

Just been offered 1.25% by KFH and 1% by Harvey & Wheeler to sell our house (>1m). Can anyone let me know what they have been offered so i can negotiate? Want to use KFH but want a strong case to argue them to 1%.

I found most agents were around the 1% mark for our property which was also >1m - best rate we received was ?3000 fixed price from No-Flies. We would have gone with them as they had a track record of successfully selling properties around that price level but eventually decided not to sell but to extend. Good luck.
