Recommendations for servicing sewing machines needed!

Hello

Can anyone recommend where I might be able to get my sewing machine serviced (preferably around SE15 SE22). It isn't a very expensive one and rather basic, but there is still life left in it yet!

There used to be one just by Peckham rye - opposite the little tesco, near Nigel road. It didn't hAve a shop front or anything, I think he ran it from his flat but had a sign on the window. Might not be there anymore.

When I used to live in deptford I got mine mended at the shop there that's on the high street. Sort of near the Albury street end. Can't remember the name of it but thy do a lot of servicing of machines e.g. Schools get theirs mended there. Not been there for years though but it's probably still going.

Thanks for the information about the shop at Deptford, I found information about one by Googling(!) so will follow up with your recommendation.
