Is the London Self Storage Centre any good? Secure?

Hi, I'm looking for a long term local storage unit. Have used the Shurgard in Forest Hill for a few years but they've just increased my unit rental cost by 11%. It was a 10% increase the year before, 9% the year before that- it's gone up by 63% since 2008 which is just iniquitous.

Before anyone says anything these are items that need to be kept and I don't have room at home. I know storage is expensive but I can't get round it so need a solution.

Looking online I saw that there was one in Camberwell at 37-39 Peckham Rd but it looks like a one-off space vs national chain so not sure about how secure it is.

Has anyone used it or heard anything about it?

I don't know about them, but I've used Henfield Self-Storage (http://www.storage-units.co.uk) before and they are good value for money. They have a place in Southwark not far from South Bermondsey station.
