TERRIBLE APPLIANCE REPAIR EXPERIENCE!

I had a fridge breakdown this week. Freezer flooded and lost all my stored breast milk.

Called AB Domestic Appliances (www.abdomesticappliances.co.uk) and booked a call for the same day.

The engineer called to tell me he was late and outside the call time given. Instead of apologizing he told me I was ranting and raving and slammed the phone down on me, when I communicated concern that there would be no one here to help move the fridge.

What a nasty person and nasty experience - would strongly advise against using them.

  Happy New Year all, I sent a request for reimbursement of fines issues during all this …. Lambeth Council issued unjust parking tickets. Got a reference number back from them.. not heard for three months and from memory expires in Jan. Been round Lambeth Council offices and got know no where except being passed round in circles. Does anyone have a contact number or name please? Talking about a couple of hundred quid. Please do delete if not allowed but sure others have been effected as well… Thanks and Happy New Year.
