I'm delighted to now offer new evening hypnotherapy appointments on Mondays which will, I hope, allow more of you to benefit from hypnotherapy.

I specialise in fertility, pregnancy and birth however clients come to resolve many other issues. Clients often see change in just a few sessions as hypnotherapy is a highly effective way of addressing problems, building self esteem and confidence, eliminating stress, phobias and habits and simply creating a more positive life. I use a combination of techniques - hypnosis/hypnotherapy, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), EFT (tapping)and always teach clients self help techniques to use when on their own.

My work at the Zita West Clinic over many years allowed me to develop a unique approach to support women/couples on their journey to conception, whether they are taking the natural route or perhaps needing assisted conception. I work with many of the London fertility clinics and specialists and clients find the hypnotherapy beneficial in many ways.

I am a fully qualified hypnotherapist with over 12 years experience, working in Herne Hill, Harley St and Clapham. If you would like a confidential chat I'll be pleased to answer your questions. Please do call me on 07963 046 456.

Thanks, Kristin

    • Hi, I accidentally drove off and left a red travel longchamp bag with various clothes / makeup in on Dovercourt Road earlier today... if anyone managed to pick it up please do let me know!  Nothing valuable is in it, just clothes and make-up that I'd love to get back if I can!
    • Tickets were quite expensive...
    • What about Dulwich park?
    • Looking at the areas which will be receiving funds, there seems to be a couple of pretty fundamental flaws with the scheme. In many of these areas, spend isn't migrating from high streets to online, there simply isn't any disposable income to migrate. No amount of tarting a place up is going to change the fact that these places are the poorest and most deprived in country - people simply have nothing to spend. Secondly, a lot of these areas no longer have an extant retail infrastructure to improve upon - it went donkey's years ago, along with the pubs. My childhood high street is getting a grant. Maybe they'll liven up Market Street by celebrating our notable locals - they could commission a Ricky Hatton mural, a statue of The Moors Murderers or a 'Walk of Shame' pavement for Harold Shipman's victims (it's quite a long street). But, whatever it is, I doubt it's going to show a decent return when the only businesses still trading are 'Bargain Booze' outlets, Bangladeshi takeaways, bookies and barbers.
