I ride through Burgess Park every day on my commute. Up until a couple of years ago it was a desolate, intimidating, bleak place. The recent transformation has been amazing. The extended lake, bmx track, landscaping and wild flower meadows all over the place has made it a great environment. I really look forward to riding through it now. I recommend a trip.

Yes, the little garden is really sweet, and the cafe is OK too.

    • No problem. I think it is also worth saying, in light of the recent Panorama programme, that we, at No-Flies, are completely independent and do not have referral arrangements with solicitors or surveyors. We believe that both buyers and sellers should be free to make their own choices on who they wish to instruct - though we are happy to provide recommendations and will try to warn people off firms with whom we have had previous bad experiences.
