Professional to help confirm property boundary

Recommended Posts

Hello all, has anyone here had to confirm their boundary? I want to do that before doing an extension and although ne and my neighbour have a dividing wall I need to be sure that it is on the boundary line. Not sure who does this, architectural surveyors? Any idea how much it costs? Sorry if this is a stupid question, there is a first time for everyone!
I did look at the land registry, I can't remember exactly what it said as it was a while ago, but I just remember that it didn't give me the exact information I needed, I think that is the case in a lot of cases. I will be speaking to an architect about the extension so I will ask him as well.

    • Hello All, I'm after sun hats for adults some with physical and learning disabilities who enjoy outdoor activities with an organisation I volunteer with. If you have any caps, bucket hats, or aussie type sun hats that you no longer use or would like to pass on., any condition...I know some very appreciative peeps who would be very grateful. If you need info then please DM me. Thanks for reading.
    • I had the same thing happen about a year ago... a couple of times in fact. I obviously react a lot less to posts than I used to because it has'nt happened again!
