Sleeping problems solved by hypnotherapy

A few sessions with Christine Neillands have solved my long term insomnia (15 years+). I have tried all sorts of relaxation techniques, Vitamin D, regular excercise, psychotherapy, no caffeine and alcohol (yes, that desperate), but there was nothing that made any significant difference to my waking after a few hours sleep and then not being able to get back to sleep until just before having to get up. After a few sessions with Christine, I have been sleeping well every night, sometimes waking but able to relax and get back to sleep within moments by using some of the techniques she gave me. She is a lovely, generous lady to work with and I feel transformed after over a month of good night's sleep. I thoroughly recommend her.

    • You might want to try the Peckham Facebook community group. I am located in East Dulwich & have 2 well-used scratchers: A large single post (ideal for an adult cat) & a small cat tree with 2 short posts (ideal for kittens) While the wear & tear is nowhere near as bad as the one shown in the link below, ideally the sisal should be replaced to get the best use out of it (& neutralise the scent of another cat) hence why I haven't donated these to a shelter. You may find this link helpful. https://thegreenmadhouse.com/diy/how-to-repair-your-cat-scratcher But you can just get a brand new one between £10-£30 on Amazon that'll last much longer. It all depends on what type of scratcher you're looking for; material, size, vertical or horizontal. You'll little lion will let you know by whether they're currently scratching down or up, like a mat or armchair for example. More than happy to send location & leave in front garden for pickup.
    • Would happily take it off your hands! Preferably in Peckham. Thanks 🙏🏻
    • I understand that, but I can't really grasp how it works in practice, but never mind 😵‍💫
    • It's local independent shops supporting one another.
