Hi all


The next NCT Nearly New Sale is taking place TOMORROW at St Laurence Centre in Catford. NCT members can come in from 10.45, everyone welcome from 11 and FREE entry after 12. (?1 entry before 12)


It's always full of great quality (nearly new) clothes, maternity clothes, books, toys and equipment and is a great fundraising event for the Lewisham NCT Branch. And there is a cafe in case you need coffee or cake!!

      Hey, I am interested. I had started a club last year however everyone slowly dropped off but I am always up for morning runs and some evening runs too.

      You get what you pay for.  It’s an excellent gym, with a great atmosphere and personal care from a knowledgeable and professional staff.  The Sharp family, who own it, are on site all the time providing support and advice and the PTs are excellent.  It’s in a completely different class to a chain gym.  I can’t recommend it highly enough.
