Hi Forest Hill WI have got a few membership spaces left for 2017 - it's a lovely group, started in May 2015 and we've had a range of sessions so far from singing to self defence, with plenty of craft activities too. We've just confirmed our programme for 2017 and you could enjoy sessions on first aid, photography, bread making and wine tasting - all for ?39 for the year. Hi all The next NCT Nearly New Sale is taking place on 25th October at St Lawrence Centre, Catford. We'll have great quality second-hand toys, books, equipment, maternity clothes, baby and kids clothes. It's a brillisnt place to stock up on newborn essentials or new toys, equipment and clothes for your kids. There is plenty of parking on site or it's a few mins walk from Catford stations and bus stops. Sale opens at 11 (NCT members can get in early from 10.45) and it costs ?1 entry before 12 or free between 12 and 1. There are always loads of great goodies - and we have a cafe to keep you topped up with coffee and cake while you shop. Obviously kids & babies very welcome too. Hope to see you there. Hello We recently took my daughter (nearly 2) to a Family Sunday at the Royal Opera House - it's really designed for over 6 and lots around your niece's age. It's a lovely day out and the little ones will enjoy it too. http://www.roh.org.uk/functions/family-sundays There are music, ballet and singing activities - and a great dress up area. There are also lots of nice spots for lunch around Covent Garden too. I should say, I have just started working at the Royal Opera House but I promise that I would recommend this even if I didn't have a personal connection! Otherwise, always the Horniman! Hi all The next NCT Nearly New Sale is taking place TOMORROW at St Laurence Centre in Catford. NCT members can come in from 10.45, everyone welcome from 11 and FREE entry after 12. (?1 entry before 12) It's always full of great quality (nearly new) clothes, maternity clothes, books, toys and equipment and is a great fundraising event for the Lewisham NCT Branch. And there is a cafe in case you need coffee or cake!! Hope to see you there Lizzi

Hi I wondered if anyone could recommend a company to do a loft conversion in Forest Hill? Especially if you wouldn't mind sharing roughly how much you paid (we live in a Victorian end of terrace house). Many thanks Lizzi
