New bootcamp sessions are about to start from the 23rd of June in Crystal Palace Park.

Sessions will be in the mornings ( 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am ) but also possible to have them on some evenings ( 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm ).

Bootcamp is a great way to get fit and meet new people. It is fun and you will be motivated by others and me.

No equipment necessary. It is a high intensity, circuit training where you will be using your own body weight.

It is absolutely for EVERYONE!! Exercises can be regressed and progressed, dependant on your fitness level.

      I only go there about every couple of months now (to put my flimsy plastic in the recyling bins). What a dismal, grubby experience it has become! I don't go to Sainsburys Forest Hill either because of their requirement to have me download a parking app on my phone. Luckily we have many supermarket choices nearby and I find Waitrose deliveries, Sainsburys Local on foot, Lidl and Aldi cover it all.
