'No Flies' Estate Agent

I am writing this review in praise of a recent experience I have had with the local estate agent No Flies and in particular the proprietor Brendan.

We were first time buyers and as you can imagine in the current climate we perceived the process as very daunting. We had spent a long time saving our deposit and had pinned our hopes on getting out of the rental market and owning our own home. We had a long and arduous search viewing in the region of 30 - 40 properties from other agents. All of the ones we liked were snapped up before we had managed to get our offer in and many other properties agents took us to were not worth our time or theirs. Anyway we happened upon a property that was on the market through No Flies of East Dulwich. From start to finish the agent ( Brendan) was very professional and helpful. He was on hand to answer any of our questions and would always respond in a timely manner to our pleas for help/ information and all in all really made the process easy for us. Brendan is a very polite and sincere estate agent and he has changed my opinion of estate agents for the better.

I can't recommend him highly enough. If you choose to use his services you will be in good hands. No Flies doesn't operate from a shop front but is local in East Dulwich so if you need to contact them you will need to visit their website http://no-flies.co.uk/.

It only remains to say that we moved in in mid May and are really happy in out new home.

    • What is it that makes Waitrose so special! Admittedly I have shopped a couple of times in the Orpington and Beckenham one - sometimes buying food which I cannot get else where. Their 'basic range' is not bad. Price for price and quality - M & S.
    • Sometimes a shed or other installation has to have written approval from the freeholder i.e. Southwark, Southwark has (or did have) a Leaseholder Association.   Could also come under Anti Social Behaviour Unit.
    • Love Dulwich is great but has a large step in front. We have only been weekdays at Lunch time. Maria's next to Picture House is disabled friendly. Also can reserve table in advance. We did a Sunday lunch catch up with family - there were 8 of us.
    • Hi, Thinking about  going with some friends and was just wondering if folk might like to report back please. Most importantly sound level when busy & is it disabled friendly.  Thinking on a Sunday lunchtime but don’t want a busy busy environment or loud chatter - a couple of friends could not cope. Time can be flexible, if that helps - say 2 ish to avoid above.. Thanks…
