Hi

I use Virgin media and my internet is working just fine. If you're still experiencing problems then the Dulwich Fox is a good guy to contact as he's fixed my computer on many an occasion.

Hi, I had virgin, but was so fed up with ongoing issues, i went over to Sky, much better connection and service, as far as I am concerned

We had no Internet for most of Tuesday and yesterday morning. A giant pain as I was trying to work from home.

tut tut Tarnlee? meanwhile back at Virgin, yes we've had regular problems with them ? no internet last Saturday, regular loss of connection for several days leading up to that, and it's been breaking up today. Very frustrating for home workers.

Virgin media are a lot of liars! Was promised two engineer appointments this week, neither turned up despite 100% guarantees they would. They said it was fixed, but it has not been fixed

Virgin media are crap...always problems but not as bad as BT infinity WOW it was on watchdog the other day, they said all these speed checkers are fixed to lie showing fastest speeds but it's all a lie!!!

These stupid companies shouldnt be able to lie. If i lied and said i was paying them ?40 and really paid ?10 i would think they would cut me off. And tell me i'm in breach of my contract so why and how do they get away with this?

I've had no broadband from Tuesday till yesterday , virgin although I had booked an appointment cancelled it and text me to say they had and would I like to make another ? Six text messages later I'm none the wiser why it was cancelled and my appointment was no longer available ? Lost 4 days work reembursed ?3 a day ! Finally got someone to come .

There is another thread about smoke coming from there street wiring box and it was after that I lost mine ? My neigh bour had same prob but he did manage to get his back by resetting it ? Ahhhhh

Dimples, where are you? Tuesday is when mine started. I have an engineer booked now for Wednesday. I wonder if he will turn up.... What was the problem?
