So after being told by the waste collectors to bag up my garden waste in black bags and arrange a bulk waste collection Southwark council have refsed to collect it and will only collect it if I put it in bags I collect from the library.

I'm not about to spend a couple of hours rebagging 6 black bags of stuff so does anyone know of a tip that accepts garden waste near here?

Bloody rubbish council
