GinaG3, do you have an active Sky card? If not, it'll default to ITV Central on Channel 103.

Trentk69, it may be possible that you're getting your BBC channels from the Hannington transmitter in North Hampshire which can be received in parts of London. Check to see if "BBC One Lon" is in the 800s on your tv set instead.

If you ever buy a new Freesat box, it allows you to put your postcode in when installing and it'll put ITV London back on 103. There is a fiddly way of manually tuning in the satellite frequency for ITV London on a Sky box.

    • Would this not be a complaint better aimed at the council? Isn't it an anti social behaviour issue?  I think of myself as pretty live-and-let-live and feel like a miserable cow for saying this, but I do think I might complain. Personally I love the sound of fireworks but our dog is under the table, shaking like a leaf night after night and collapses in the street when he hears the noise.  I'm worried his heart'll give out.
    • The lower / no bang noise fireworks sound great.    Is there anywhere local selling those?
    • This petition to reduce the noise of fireworks is currently going through Parliament https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/738192
    • Have you complained to the solicitor directly and did they respond within the 8 weeks they have under their code of conduct - I presume they have and this is why you have escalated further to the SRA? If he doesn't respond in a timely fashion per the SRA code of conduct then I am sure they will need to take action.
