Alternate competition is anything that someone could spend money on instead of spending money on?? your product.

Remember that our customers define our competition, not us!

The competition is simply the other choices they may choose to make.

This means the list of competitors is endless and impossible to monitor but the solution is simple

You need to be there before they spend money on other things.

That is why so many businesses rely on direct marketing to get there first !

The Old Kent Road one is much better... you drive up a big ramp and chuck your stuff down into pits, rather than having to climb the steps at the side of the containers. I complained to my MP, Helen Hayes, a few years ago when most people in ED had the same problem.  She took up the issue and things seemed to improve.    I rang Peckham Sorting Office but the call went to the PO call centre - after a 20 minute wait I managed to speak to someone so  I'll see if anything arrives today.
    • Monday I think. Just adds to all the fun and so well timed. Why just have annoyance when misery could be in play?
    • Anyone know when the road works by the junction of Barry Road/Peckham Rye and outside Harris boys school appeared, got caught up in them late last night, coupled to the Rye Lane works it is making travel cumbersome.
