Damp specialist needed ASAP

Hi - We are in need of a specialist to check out some damp issues in our back bedroom. We are in a lower ground floor flat and need quotes quite soon. We want the work completed in the next couple of months because we need to redecorate and have a baby on the way.

Any recommendations?
