Skirting fitting - need a carpenter/builder!

Hi,

We have decorated our flat and bought the skirting but now we need someone to fit it. Three rooms, living room, dining and hallway. Ideally someone who can paint it afterwards as well!

Does anyone know the rough cost - I think its about 50 metres?
