Public space to hire?

Are there any rooms to hire in ED to accomodate approx 10-20 people for a seminar?

The Ablrighton Centre has rooms for hire of various sizes.

Lots of the pubs have upstairs rooms. The Clockhouse and The Crooked Well spring to mind. The Herne have a large outbuilding thing. I imagine they'd be glad of the potential custom during if it's during the week.

Constitutional Club on East Dulwich Grove and rooms for hire.

east Dulwich Community Centre has a small hall which accommodates upto 30 people. Depends on day and time you want to hold the event as has regular user groups.

Would second Albrighton, various room sizes, just off main road and plenty of parking.
