Recommendation for Simon - sanding wooden floors

This is a long overdue recommendation for Simon who sorted out our original wooden floorboards quite a few years ago and has since been back to patch them up following work by recent builders.

He's a lovely guy who takes real pride in doing a great job, and one of the few who offer gap filling which in my opinion makes the finish look top notch. He's very busy as he's in demand, but worth the wait.
