For those of you too busy to get out of the house, or time to waste travelling

Here is an opportunity to book a Skype/Face time yoga class.

Just arrange a time, make a booking, connect and have your own class, in the privacy of your own house,garden,office.

Classes per person ?15 per session(90 minutes) if you book 10 classes ?120

For group bookings, 4 or more students ?50.

The sequence caters to you ability,mood or need on the day.

I have been teaching yoga for 5 years, have regular classes set-up in East Dulwich,but realise that some people just can not get out and about, or do not have time. So this is the ideal opportunity!
