One off clean recommendation

Hi there

I am looking for an estimate for a one off clean of our 4 bed house in ED. We have new tennants moving in on 23 August. Ideal day would be 20, 21 or 22nd.

Cleaning includes, general & thorough clean throughout house. (We will steam clean carpets). All rooms, Kitchen (including oven and fridge). 2 bathrooms and downstairs toilet.
