Yes, been happening for the last few weeks now on and off.

They're not "rubbish" , they're currently upgrading the service which often leads to a minor interruption. I agree it's amnnoying if you work from home, however they are charming and quick to sort out any problems.

everytime they upgrade ..its a constant upgrade with virgin .. me personly im with bt infinity and never had a problem dylways here

I'm very happy with them - no contract. And when I called BT to change? They said "I suggest you go elsewhere".

bt are far b by the best ..anyone that has virgin knows there a pain in the butt

The Virgin staff are very nice to talk to, but in the case of Virgin's BB/TV service and the experience I've had, you can't polish a turd.

(and no, in Virgin's case they can't even roll it in glitter)
