no longer looking for a Hit and Run (car damaged) silver car

Tonight, between 7 and 8pm a silver (could be a SKODA) car crashed into my flatmate's car and did the runner.

I've heard a loud bang, looked through the window and rushed outside, but the driver was gone, down the road.

It was on Crystal Palace Road (Lordship Lane end) and the hitten car was parked in front of the house number 351.

I've had no time to write down the registration, but just part of it. Something like AI5 XR....

A witness said there was a child inside and almost sure thet it was a man driving.

The car's headlight/lantern in the front right side is damaged (we found a piece of plastic on the floor) as it hit the

bumber of my flatmate's red car.

I'm intrigued - did the culprit come forward because of your original post or did they just spontaneously come over all honest?
