If so, did you feel that:

A) she was nurtured as much as the boys in her class?

B) where did she go on to, if you're ok passing on the info?

C) was the 7+ a smooth transition?

D) do you have any regrets? (i.e. did you at all consider any neighbouring schools that take until 11, such as Oakfield, HH or Rosemead ?)

Many thanks in advance.....

I don't know about DUCKS personally, other than from the forum (and your question A) but I can see what you mean as their website has photos of practically all boys at the school! I wouldn't worry as each child would have to be monitored individually under the EYFS up until Reception age. Don't know how this would work with private schools at 7+ intake though.

There's another post on here about more boys than girls at Dulwich Village Infant's School reception intake.

    • Without doubt.. just seem to expect others or council to deal with it…no, don’t think it is that …just the fact that people these days are working hard, tired, stressed.. what were houses are now converted into flats…there is community spirit, well hope so.. neighbours hardly see one another, let alone know each other as work schedule is no longer 7/9 …only older more established people who have lived in area, and not making a quick buck, understand… people don’t even have the time to talk to neighbours unless annoyed or complaining.. when was the last time one smiled and said hello..or even started a conversation in a queue?
    • Hi I’m looking for some classic plastic garden chairs (1 or more) to borrow or take off someones hands for a project I’m working on. Need by Wednesday!  Ideally in white, or light blue . Can be weathered and old, or newer looking.    If you think you have something thatfits the  bill please PM me!    Photo of ideal chair attached.
    • Blimey, this has turned from celebrating a new and exciting Bagel business in East Dulwich to a Jeremy Corbyn experience very quickly.  Let's get back on point and welcome our soon to arrive business, I for one am looking forward to it.
