painting and repair work to first floor windows

We're looking for someone to do some filling and repaint our first floor windows. We will be getting scaffolding up for some structural work, so thought we'd seize the moment. My upstairs neighbours would be commissioning this work, but I'm trying to help out as they are not in London often.
