Recommendations for Handyman?

Hello.

We've just moved into a flat and have several jobs that will need doing most that require drilling and fixing things to walls - the first job being fixing up a bathroom cabinet and a bathroom mirror. In future will require someone to put up curtain poles. Does anyone have any suggestions of someone cheap, but careful in and around the home who will do a good job and preferably who is local?

I've used Shaun, website here: http://www.shaunthehandyman.co.uk/

He removed part of a kitchen bench for me and did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I've also got him coming around this week do some odd jobs like hanging pictures etc.
