Looking for a commercial k1tchen to rent

Hi,

I'm currently looking for a commercial k1tchen to rent/franchise in the SE22 SE15 areas. This would be for a food start up business. The London wide forums don't seem to be leading to anything. I've approach a handful of local pubs which don't offer much in the way of food, none seem to be too keen on the idea of renting their space.

I'm a chef of 15 years with all relevant qualifications.

I do find it odd that k.tchen is a BANNED word here.

There were waves upon wave of k1tchen related spam earlier this year, really annoying. Hence the ban.

It did take quite a bit of searching to find that the K word is on the banned list. This add however is not spam I assure you!

I'm still looking for a prep k1tchen to rent in any SE London area.

I've managed to launch my business "Slow Richie's" but am struggling to keep up with demand in my current kitchen.
