Thai-Vedic massage with Stephen - a must indulgence!

As a single mum, I rarely have the time nor funds to treat myself, however as I am in a lot of pain with hip and back problems and having read numerous positive recommendations on the EDF for Stephen, I booked myself a full body Thai yoga massage, followed by a head and face massage.

Stephen put me at ease straight away and spoke with me beforehand to see what it was that I wanted from the session. The massage itself is a combination of deep tissue manipulation and yoga like stretches done to you by Stephen. He worked from top to toe and knew when and how to adapt the pressure to my hip accordingly. This fantastic massage was followed by the head and face massage which was divine. So relaxing that I even dozed off for a bit!

I walked home at the end of it feeling like I was walking on clouds. My hip felt so much looser than it has in ages and my lower back had so much more movement than previously. I would thoroughly, thoroughly recommend this to people who either want to treat themselves to a wonderful, relaxing experience or who are suffering from aches and pains. Thank you Stephen!

To second that emotion: a visit to see Stephen is highly recommended. I had a wonderful 90 mins Thai Yoga message with him and felt brilliant afterwards. This type of massage is for someone who is comfortable with close touch and wants a real all-over treatment. Stephen is very friendly and makes you feel relaxed. He's also professional, attentive to your needs including existing health conditions and any of those sore spots - plus he also plays good music (no wailing dolphins!). Do drop him a visit if you are in need of a good massage!

    • I’m basing it on the fact that Jeremy Corbyn had repeatedly and on record said he is against mandatory vaccinations in any situation, and he wouldn’t disclose wether he had the Covid vaccine himself    as I said. Not as bad as his brother but very definitely a bit weird about the whole thing. Just say you had the vaccination Jeremy, say that everyone should and stop being weird in the middle of a global pandemic    it’s the same slippery evasive nonsense about Brexit and him. About Putin poisonings and him.     if you are happy with his evasiveness then you do you.  But there is a reason the country wouldn’t get behind him
    • It was my understanding that Jeremy Corbyn was embarrassed by his brother and had distanced himself from his brother's views. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong. Why on earth should "the overall view of that family inform Jeremy's response to the pandemic"? What exactly are you basing that assumption on?
    • I guess it's best to do what most Brits do these days, keep your head down and say nothing! although that's probably why this country is in the mess it is today!  😞
    • @Dulwichway Absolutely - I'm in no way trying to say that what happened was life-changing. I've encountered way worse situations and think of myself as pretty tough, which is why I took them on and got pelted. I suppose I'm just taken aback because the park always seemed so safe. But the stats I've just posted contradict that.   I suppose the one of the points of this thread is to point out that they weren't just numpty youths - I'd bet money on some of them being involved in more serious criminality. And to tell others to be vigilant.
