Small job of drilling & securing window blind

I have a small blind up at a small window - the blind is secure on the left side but on the right side, the 2 screws which hold it up appear to be lose. Blind needs securing with 2 new nails & wall plugs into the concrete wall.

Needs to be done tomorrow morning
