Achieve your weight loss goal

Achieving your weight-loss goals has never been faster or simpler.

Most websites show you before and after pictures, the difference is that the pictures I will show you are mine. I'm not special, I am just an average bloke. Yet I was classified as obese, 35% of my body was FAT. I was fatter than 98% of people in my age category.

Within a year I am at a weight I have not achieved for 20 years. My body fat is now under 15% and still falling. In my age group I now have a figure to be admired. And you can do the same.

The truth is that diets don't work. They are too much work, they are setup to fail. You spend hours worrying about when to eat the right food, or worse just drinking juice for a week. You visit the gym maybe three times but are put off my the intimidating atmosphere. Personal fitness sessions are very expensive, and truth is that if you want to loss weight, sure exercise is important, but 80%+ of weight loss is about food. In fact you don't even need to exercise at all to lose weight, but once you have lost some weight, you will want to.

I don't promote one diet. There is only one way to lose weight. Your way. I work with you to find the smallest changes we can make that will help you lose weight. To make it as simple for you as possible. This FIX is what will help you start to lose weight. Not just the water weight you lose in a week, but to keep losing weight.

I live in Dulwich. I will work with you personally, not online. With my knowledge of actually losing weight (25kg - 60lbs, 4 stone lost in just nine months) combined with my diploma in clinical weight loss. Together we will find the FIX you need to start successful weight loss, to get fast numbers at the beginning and to keep going. It will require you to work, but I will work to minimise how much you have to do.

This is not personal fitness training. I will not drag you down to the local park and shout at you. Your habits will be examined, your current food environment assessed, you will be given the statistics you need to start tracking yourself and set goals, you will be given a small number of very simple designed for you rules to help get you started and then I will be your buddy all the way. Having a buddy makes you THREE times more likely to lose weight. Over the first three months you will get close assessment and advice, questions answered, no judgement (remember I've been there).

?295 (Just over ?3 a day - the price of a coffee) will provide you with three months support and a FIX plan. The first session will be in person and then we will work out a easy personalised plan to help you succeed and see early results. I am there for you. And for my first five clients I will give you a special price of ?250

    • Two subjects here.  Xmas cards,  We receive and send less of them.  One reason is that the cost of postage - although interestingly not as much as I thought say compared to 10 years ago (a little more than inflation).  Fun fact when inflation was double digits in the 70s cost of postage almost doubled in one year.  Postage is not a good indication of general inflation fluctuating a fair bit.  The huge rise in international postage that for a 20g Christmas card to Europe (no longer a 20g price, now have to do up to 100g), or a cheapskate 10g card to the 'States (again have to go up to the 100g price) , both around a quid in 2015, and now has more than doubled in real terms.  Cards exchanged with the US last year were arriving in the New Year.  Funnily enough they came much quicker this year.  So all my cards abroad were by email this year. The other reason we send less cards is that it was once a good opportunity to keep in touch with news.  I still personalise many cards with a news and for some a letter, and am a bit grumpy when I get a single line back,  Or worse a round robin about their perfect lives and families.  But most of us now communicate I expect primarily by WhatApp, email, FB etc.  No need for lightweight airmail envelope and paper in one.    The other subject is the mail as a whole. Privitisation appears to have done it no favours and the opening up of competition with restrictions on competing for parcel post with the new entrants.  Clearly unless you do special delivery there is a good chance that first class will not be delivered in a day as was expected in the past.   Should we have kept a public owned service subsidised by the tax payer?  You could also question how much lead on innovation was lost following the hiving off of the national telecommunications and mail network.
    • Why have I got a feeling there was also a connection with the beehive in Brixton on that road next to the gym
    • Ah, thanks,  it all comes flooding back. I've actually been to the Hastings shop, I'd forgotten all about it, along with her name! Didn't she (in between?)  take over what  was then The Magnolia, previously The Magdala, now The Lordship, with her then partner? Or is that some figment of my imagination?  In fact, didn't they transform it from The Magdala (much missed) to The Magnolia? With flowery wallpaper covering the front of the bar? Which reminds me of the pub's brief period after The Magnolia  as the ill-conceived and ill-fated The Patch.
