Would you recommend your property management company?

We are looking to replace the property management company of our block and I'd love any recommendations of reliable, responsive and trustworthy management firms?

It's a block of 16 flats and we would need the help of the new management firm to obtain right to manage.

Any advice or suggestions would be hugely appreciated.

  It's definitely not Art Deco style, regardless of when it was built otherwise all houses built in the 1920s could be described as Art Deco. The estate agent's blurb desribes it as being built about 1914 in the style of Lutyens whose work has been described as being in the Arts and Crafts style with a heavy Tudor influence.
