I am offering an introductory rate for 1 to 1 yoga sessions at your home. The usual price is ?45 per hour. For a limited time I am offering your first session for ?35 or book 5 sessions for ?175.

I am qualified as yoga teacher and meditation practitioner and have been a personal trainer for over 15 years.

We can work to suit your individual need and understanding of yoga so complete beginners are welcome as are those who wish to develop a more spiritual or wellbeing type of practice. Even combine to make a more fitness based session.

  Because Corbyn's hard left version of Labour was totally unelectable and failed spectacularly when faced with an electorate beyond Islington. I know it pains left Labour but traditionally centre-left to centre-right is the sweet spot to win elections. Glastonbury serenading Corbyn ahead of the 2019 election was not the beginning of the revolution but the sign that it was all over.
