For a limited time I am offering your first session for ?35 or book 5 sessions for ?175. I am qualified as yoga teacher and meditation practitioner and have been a personal trainer for over 15 years. We can work to suit your individual need and understanding of yoga so complete beginners are welcome as are those who wish to develop a more spiritual or wellbeing type of practice.
