Ray Murray recently painted several rooms in house. He did an excellent job. We are extremely pleased with his work. He's reliable, honest and a quick worker. He accurately prices the job and we thought his prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be using him again. If you need work done contact him on 07927239023

Thanks

Sarah

I can second this, we just had Ray put up some wallpaper in our rather trickily proportioned room and he did an excellent job, at a very acceptable price. I would thoroughly recommend him and suggest that if you have any decorating that needs doing that you contact him first.

Cheers

Can thoroughly recommend Ted Johnson, 07557507554

we asked him to basically paint most of the internal walls of a house we were moving into,

but it also needed various other jobs such as plastering, some roof work, etc,

not only did Ted do a great job on his painting, but he also recommended and in fact coordinated the work of the other tradesmen that he knew so that the whole job ran smoothly and made sure we were able to move in on time.

He basically project managed the whole process for us! A great find!

He's also a great guy!

A little update - our wallpaper was a little tricky and shrunk more than expected, leaving a tiny gap between two of the drops. We gave Ray a bell and he was over the next day to fix it up. I thought we might have to wait a while, but it was no problem at all ? what a brilliant service!

Would like and to recommend Dave 07788122344 who recently the painting and decorating of our lounge at a great price and his attention to detail while he works is second to none. He also gave us plenty of tips on how to do our skirting board, windows and radiator which we had initially explained to him that we would like to do ourselves to cut costs. Great guy who is helpful, punctual and who's work is fantastic and very reasonably price.

    • A quick assessment on having a barter scheme amongst the community. An exchange of goods and services may be really helpful during these difficult times.    I wonder if it’s something that someone would be willing to set up separately and link to the forum? Or perhaps  an additional aspect of the forum itself if it was easy to include? I don’t have IT knowledge to set this up unfortunate, but I do have skills that I could offer. From past experience, it would probably work best as a direct exchange rather than coupon credit.    I may be flaunting the rules by posting on this twice, admin please feel free to delete one if this is the case.

Thank you for stepping up.   whilst I’m here, I was thinking it would be a good idea to have a barter scheme amongst the community. an exchange of goods and services may be really helpful during these difficult times.    wonder if it’s something that someone would be willing to set up separately and link to the forum?
