FOUND! Looking for someone to help me wire and hang ceiling lights

I want to put up 4 hanging ceiling lights- 2 of them are chandelier-style, one is a large ikea lampshade. So, all 3 of these come with all the fittings.

The fourth one is a heavy glass lampshade that comes without fittings, so I would need someone to help secure it to the ceiling safely with a hook and chain.

Does anyone know anyone who could help with this? Obviously, I need it to be done safely!

I know it pains left Labour but traditionally centre-left to centre-right is the sweet spot to win elections.
