Does anyone know if Santa's Huskies are coming to East Dulwich? Someone mentioned that one of the local schools was going to have real Huskies at their fair but I can't remember which one? My kids would love to see real Huskies and Santa but I don't know where they are going to be. Anyone know anything about this?

Join us at Goodrich School on 6th December for our Winter Fair. There's lots to look forward to including the chance to meet with Santa's Huskies and Elves who help Santa travel through the snowy conditions to the North Pole. Santa's Huskies are very friendly and love to meet kids before they go into meet Santa himself in his Grotto.

You will have the opportunity to buy your festive tree at our very own Christmas Tree shop to take home and decorate with some of our sparkling home made decorations. We invite you to have a glass of warming mulled wine or hot chocolate while you browse the stalls and there's plenty of wonderful gift ideas for Christmas and Hampers to bid on in our silent auction. We have some great prizes in the tombola and kids can get glitter tattoos, have a go on the bouncy castles, decorate Christmas decorations and much much more. Guess the weight of our delicious homemade Christmas cake and enter to our fabulous raffle, our first prize is an iPad mini!

We are looking forward to seeing you between 2pm and 5pm on 6th December at Goodrich Community Primary School, Dunstans Road, East Dulwich. Entry is ?1 for adults, children go free.

    • Oh dear. Sadly I had a disappointing meal on Saturday night. I should have read Malumbu's review above before I ordered. I thought I'd have a dosa for a change. Our meal arrived very quickly. However the dosa was more like a thick and very soggy pancake. The filling was fine. The sambar (sp?) was fine. The chutneys were not what I was expecting, and had a consistency more like sauces.  That might be my lack of knowledge of South Indian food, but I would have expected the coconut chutney to at least taste a bit like coconut. I left most of the actual dosa. My OH said his aubergine curry was delicious. I don't know whether the problem was that the dosa got soggy due to being wrapped in foil to be delivered, but tbh it didn't look like it had ever been a thin crispy dosa 😥 as I have always had in the past  at South Indian restaurants.
