JHBeulah

Recommended Posts

Dear Fellow Traders

We at JHBeulah not only sell vintage clothing for ladies, gents and children, we also collaborate with independent brands to create modern clothing, jewellery and accessories complimentary to the vintage attire.

The demographic of customers living in the area of which our boutique is situated, have given such a proud supportive response to the locally produced pieces.

For this festive season we would like to roll out our support to the local, independent and small businesses by way of a pop up market stall space.

The Space:

Immediately on the frontage of the JHBeulah boutique (formerly Threads), it has an awning (wall mounted) should you wish to use it and it is a fenced off section creating a contained environment.

The space measures 22 feet by 10 feet.

Days & Times:

Thursday Late Night Shopping: 6-10pm

Friday full day: 10-7pm

Saturday full day: 10-7pm

Sunday: 11-5pm

The Peckham and Dulwich areas will be very busy with the Christmas market buzz each coming weekend; PEXMAS will be taking place just down from Bellenden Road on the 13th December, so get in quick to secure the most popular dates!

Cost :

?125 for a full consecutive Thursday- Sunday slot

?50 individual daily slot

Small Print:

If you would like to apply for a slot, please send the date request with your company website or images of your stock. We will then send a confirmation with an invoice for the appropriate amount. All bookings are not fixed until payment is received, we take bank transfer, PayPal, or card payment/ cash in store.

This market pitch must be self ran by the candidate; the stand must be set up and then taken away each day, the candidate must bring their own table, rail and props, sale payments must be taken by the candidates own methods (card machine).

We would like to roll this offer out during poignant times throughout the year, such at the Bellenden Big Lunch. As well as using is to build new product lines to stock in our boutique on a more permanent basis.

So if you can't make Christmas, then get pencilled in for a date in the new year!

If you think this opportunity might be of interest to a friend then please do forward it on, any enquiries please call me on 07864975539

    • We were trying to contact Steve on 07990904375, following this post and yet there wasn't any reply from this number. Is it a correct number to contact Steve for decoration work?
    • You might be 'amused' but obviously its something thats enough of a concern that there are specific rules in the entrance criteria to specifically disallow this, so not exactly comparative.  Aside from the flawed analysis, the idea of so much movement that there is a massive cost to the taxpayer of finding extra schooling is also unlikely.  As I noted upthread, the cost of private school education has increased dramatically in recent years.  Increases in fees over 10% per annum in some cases, so the idea that the application of VAT would drive the majority out just isn't the case.  There will be some who can't afford it any more. But then there are lots of people who couldn't afford it in the first place. Anyone who has accepted a school place in the last 2-3 years will have known this was Labour's policy, so their kids will be in year 9 by the time Labour gets in.  That would mean that only parents of those with children in years 10/11 likely to have been unaware when signing up.  They can obviously move their children for sixth form if needed.  The others shouldn't be surprised!  Those with children in juniors will need to take a view whether affordable or move to the state sector.
