New indian takeaway opening soon with a new twist

Mango Chicken. Just saying. Had it at Thames Restaurant just south of Waterloo Bridge one day recently and it was fabulous. The chef said there are not many Indian restaurants that do it.

Mango Chicken is primarily a Malaysian dish..

Would not expect many Indian Restaurants to do it..

I now have more info about the new Indian Takeaway.

I now know where it will be and who is behind it..

I am sworn to absolute secrecy and will not be giving any clues.

Can only say it sounds exciting and hope to be tasting some dishes pre launch.

The Bangladeshis do a couple of curries that I know of where there's significant mango content and this is reflected in the name of the dish.

Perhaps this will actually be with The Twist. Chicken Korma served by hip swivelling waiters to Chubby Checker's classic. I don't think the rock N roll fusion concept has been done yet?
