Was just checking google maps looking for the jewellers on upland road when I spotted the attached. Do we finally have a hotel?

Definitely not a hotel - a builder friend many years ago was asked to do some quotes for work, he reported that what he would call a single room was going to house 2 sets of bunk beds. he informed the owner ( a well known private landlord) that he could not consider working there as it would compromise his reputation as a builder and he felt what was being proposed would not meet planning laws. I would say it is more of a hostel than anything else.
