I'm going to head down the southbank this weekend. Xmas tree maze and xmas market. Not next door and not necessarily geared towards toddlers but my daughter loved it as a toddler always lots of people and lots happening and usually a fair few kid friendly activities.

Southbank also have a miniature train riding up and down beside the river
