Looking for someone to repair storage heater .

Can anyone recommend someone to repair a storage heater we will have the parts but need someone for the repair as the company who were going to fix it said they couldn't get parts till middle of next month and won't repair with the parts we will buy , even though they have told us what parts to buy .
