Unfortunately the message got corrupted with another incoming message and I have no way of contacting her in response to her enquiry. If Helenta found you on this forum you could also post a different message specific to her in the business section asking her to contact you etc. She may not necessarily read the General Issues section. Hopefully the admin team won't mind.
