Greetings, don't know who may be able to help, but have you checked the battery? Usually a battery powers the ignition which is located in the bottom of the cooker on mine. Hope this helps. Emmanuel

Greetings forumites. I am looking to improve, brush up on my French. Is there anyone out there who would like to converse in French by phone (at my expense) or by other means who has a good knowledge of French? I would like to apply a translator's position, I was raised speaking French in London by my French mother and my Mauritian father. However, I have not spoken it regularly for a long time now and would like to brush up. Please pm if you are able to help. Knowing you as I do Ladymuck I know why this is so difficult for you, and maybe not quite as difficult for someone else. However, objectivity in life is essential. i.e to fully comprehend someone's actions, decisions etc. you need to detach yourself completely from the emotional relationship. It doesn't matter what your views are on assisted suicide. It doesn't matter whether you agree with her decision or not. Rightly or wrongly this is an avenue open to people in this world we live in. Carry on visiting, make her aware you do not agree with her decision but accept it. Peace and love. Emmanuel
