Whats Happening with the Post office on Lordship Lane (Next to Sainsbury Local)

What is happening to the small post office on Lordship Lane next door to the Sainsbury Local. From the looks of things the grocery store within the post office has closed as well as the off license next door.I was sad to see Magie Wok(situated next door to the post office) has now closed. Quality chineese takeaway. It seems with Sainsburys opening up next door the small retailer cannot survive in this economical climate

Apologies. Magic wok was closed for a few months. Seems its re opened

The shop part of the PO moved across to the shop on the corner of Landells Road and LL, but has closed since the scaffolding part was deemed unsafe and an accident occurred inside the new shop. Work has been happening to make the structure safe.

However, the fruit and veg part of the shop in the PO has returned temporarily.

It's still uncertain if and when the Post Office will have to leave that site.
