Been meaning to get to grips with Facebook and Twitter for ages? Heard of Instagram but not really sure what it is? Think you want a You Tube channel but can?t imagine where to start? Already using social media but need some inspiration or time-saving tips?

Find out how and why to use social media marketing, without sacrificing your sanity or your time. Led by yoga teacher and Om Line founder Lucy Bannister this workshop will include yoga to keep brains and bodies limber, and an inspiring journey through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and You Tube to either get you started or make your social media fly.

?Social media doesn?t have to be hard, difficult, time consuming or scary, I only wish I?d met Lucy sooner. A lesson with Lucy is like plugging into the Matrix ? Don?t waste anymore time, if you?re lucky enough to have found Lucy ? use her.? (Graham Stones,www.brokenyogi.com)

?I would highly recommend this Om Line training with Lucy ? I love that she can deliver the online jargon in normal English that is easily understandable by anyone ? especially those without the technology expertise? (Bryony Duckitt, www.yogabeez.com)

    • Apologies on the tardy reply, but thank you everyone for your responses and suggestions! Unfortunately I couldn't attend the recent EDF drinks because of work (I know right). But will absolutely keep eyes peeled for the next one and try and come down!
    • Because of the weather which delayed completion with roofer only being able to work certain days, it was up from November - end of January. Went slightly higher than gutters (we also had guttering replaced).
    • It's tough being a courier and the pay which is largely based on the number they deliver is miserable. Hence the staff turnover is high. EFRI was previously branded as HERMES but they had to create a new brand name because of poor performance. We get regular courier deliveries and EVRI are by far the worst. They just drop the parcel at the front door - often without ringing the bell. But worst is when they deliver to the equivalent door number on LL instead of ours on EDG. Best are ParcelForce, DHL and DPD by a wide margin.
    • I know the couple you mean, and she has always been friendly and smiley when delivering to me, but obviously in a hurry, for all the reasons outlined in the thread. My gate is always open, however (unless someone coming to the house closes it when they leave). I can't see the point of gates that have to be opened and shut again every time someone comes to the house. It just seems a waste of time, and it's annoying if you are carrying stuff. And a closed gate  conveys a sort of "my house is my fortress" feel. To me, anyway.
