Thursday evenings, 6-7.15pm & 8.15-9.30pm.

Forrest Yoga (developed by Ana Forrest) is great for everyone including and especially those who have sedentary repetitive-task jobs (i.e. lots of sitting and typing). It is also brilliant for runners and repetitive-stress injuries. Asanas are designed to help you release tension in your neck, unlock your shoulders, decompress your lower back and bring awareness to your hands and feet. There is an emphasis on strength as well as therapeutic release. Overall Forrest Yoga is a great complement for any physical activity and suits anybody who is looking to reduce stress, breathe more fully, and have a greater sense of freedom in their bodies and lives.

This class is open to all including beginners who are willing to feel challenged.

Please text/call/email me to book your space or ask any further questions!

Newcomers pay ?5 for their first class, after which classes are ?12 drop-in or ?10 if one or more classes are paid for in advance.

Best wishes,

Deepa

    • Jazzer, is that link the right one?    Edited to say you have to click in the first post in X to see all the other comments. A lot of very upset residents. I hope Southwark Council, Southwark Events and Cllr Catherine Rose, Cabinet Member in charge of parks and who has supported the Gala event come what may, have a good look at all of this and a rethink.
