Every Thursday a team of us volunteer to put on a session,we call if Drop In,because you can drop in at any time between 2-4pm. no restrictions of time with in those times. The sessions are structured each thursday is a defferent activities.

We serve a hot meals,there is a choice to suite everyone, also soup,, cake,s sanwich fruits, hot and cold drinks come and join us all FREE
