Looking for competent handyman/plumber

Hello, I'm looking for a competent handyman who can drill 4 holes in bathroom tiles and finish off fixing a shower pipe to the wall. I've been let down by the plumber who came to do the job (recommended here!) as he seems unable to complete the job I've paid him for. Alternatively, if anyone can tell me how to do it safely I'll have a go myself! Thanks all.
