sanity girl
I've promised my kids I will take them this spring. Any tips on best way to get there/ best time to go/ ways to get cheap tickets? Many thanks! Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/54798-harry-potter-studio-tour/ Share on other sites
tiddles
we drove = very simple, and it is brilliant!!sometimes Groupon have an offer but I am not sure that they offer much of a discount. There is one heck of a gift shop (serious ???) so better prepare them in advance Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/54798-harry-potter-studio-tour/#findComment-825961 Share on other sites
LI
We took the train and that was also easy, there's a double decker bus from Watford junction station, goes regularly from the station forecourt and you can't miss it! I agree the place was brilliant. It has timed entry tickets so in theory earlier should be better as it will fill up during the day, but there is lots to see and it is big so I don't think you need to worry about crowds. However, when I say a lot to see, i really mean a lot so I'd allow about 3-4 hours, to include lunch or a drink (of butter beer)! And take your ??? for the shop and your picture flying on a broomstick. dulwichquine
Agree with all of above. The earlier you go, the better. If you drive, get the first slot of the day and beat the traffic. Definitely take own food. It is a superb day out.
